(After paypal suspension) will ebay be able to withdraw fees in this way?

Hi everyone,
After my paypal was suspended (the documents were not accepted), I'm having the problem of figuring out how to pay the ebay fees from another source.
If I put the payment method from a bank account, will ebay be able to withdraw the amount, even if the name of the ebay account and the name of the bank do not match?

Most banks will allow this (as long as the bank is known to be "stealth" friendly). Alternatively, you could pay with a gift credit card or loaded VCC.
