Ebay code in customers delivery address

Hi,

Over past few days I am seeing a code consisting of letters and numbers in the customers address.

For example

Joe Bloggs
1 High Street
ebay34kiif87
London, w1 1qw
UK

What is that code for? I've not seen it before

I think it is automated address of the customer with his Pseudonyme
