Fresh Ebay/Paypal stays dormant over a year

I had two sets of ebay/paypal from market here over a year ago, for some reason I lost the details and the seller also had removed the info.

I've never log into the accounts, but recently I managed to recover the account information. I'll have to create a new virtual PC + purchase a fresh IP to login, Would there be any problem of the accounts already like they've suspended them?

You only need to login to see, but if you have access to the associated email account, you can log into that before you invest any further time/money into the account.

You can easily check that via eBay profile ID. See if it's still active or not.

I tried this on one of my other account before, I logged into the email and it's still receiving monthly ebay bills, but when I logged into ebay there was a warning red notification on the page saying it's suspended and i need to verify information if I want it unblocked.
