paying ebay fees with my credit card

Can someone with experience confirm to me if i can pay my U.S ebay account fees with my local credit card, paypal is not an option, im not a us citizen

Yes, you can use your Credit Card as One-Time Payment option, or you can just add it as automatic payment method.
