Mc011 has anyone actually got this lifted
 

I have had quite a few accounts with mc011 and recently got another . Has anyone managed to lift this Death from eBay

Many people on eBay community forums said they got their accounts back and most of these people are legit and maybe don't know about stealth.

My legit account I got indefinitely suspended after doing all the mc011 steps and over 25 to 30 accounts over many years with all different ways to try and get around this with different types of documents never had any luck

My pretty new stealth accounts got suspended with 50% permanent dead without an appeal and 50% reinstated after uploading docs (100% successful).

I have recently got this restriction on my legit account.

I have all my documents prepared and ready to get sent. I am going to give them exactly what they are asking for.

-Identity
-Proof of Address
-Certificate of Incorporation
-Invoices.

Bare in mind i am a drop shipper but i do believe the reason the account was restricted was due to cancelling one to many orders. So we will need to see how it goes.

I will post my results here once they get back to me. Wish me luck.

I am shocked to say, they reinstated my account. They put a restriction on the selling limits but the account is back, I am honestly speechless.

What were your limits and what are they now?

The account is now a 1000/£10000 account. Originally from 3500/£30000 I am sure. They will review the account after 60 days. I am not sure if they are going to increase the listings to its original (3500) or just increase it from the 1000 items. I can not use any other account linked to this profile or start another account. Any shady business could lead to indefinitely being suspended.

Yes the sales and views seem to be very slow. The account was flagged after it was hit with an MC011. I am monitoring it to see if it is the flagging which has caused the slow sales (most likely is)

But please people with your legit accounts please treat them with the upmost respect and comply with eBay. I was making a stable income every month and it was completely shut down. I started to get greedy and was opening new accounts to get more listings and sales and cancelling orders. Very reckless behaviour.

Oh well the lesson has been learned :doh:

Whenever you get MC011 they flag your account so it’s basically like being bellow standard.

getting the account off from a mc011 is a little hard, and expensive. i've seen many users here who called ebay to explain and show documents. i had two times the mc011 on my account. gave them what they wanted and after few days it's back. but if your account shows it's connected to another account that's another story. in the message they sent you it will say if it's linked to another account. if it's just a 'show us who you are and receipts' then you will be ok. your account gets restricted also because some sellers put key words in the sale like 'TRUSTED sellers', etc

Yes opening accounts under my name. like 3-12 cancels a day.

I have a stealth account that has just received the same, I uploaded ID, address and invoices which all passed. However I told them I am a sole trader so do not have a certificate of incorporation. They're now asking for anything business related to verify its a real business. How did you get around this and get your account back? What did you upload the satisfy them? This is my only obstacle to getting the account back. .
