Managed to save account from MC011, but my listing search results remain downgraded
 

On July 9, I received the email:

"We’ve determined that you haven’t followed our selling practices - drop shipping policy.

There is evidence on your account that you are purchasing items from an online retail or marketplace site after you sell the item on eBay and having that retailer ship the item directly to the customer. While in violation of this policy, the account will not be eligible for the Top Rated program until it is in compliance."

Since then, my listing search results got nerfed all the way to the bottom of the page where practically no one can see them.

It's already been over 2 months (how long they said it would last), and they are still nerfed. Will it ever recover back to normal?

There's really no set time.

It could potentially go back to normal but I found it to be long staking and hard since you have to make good sales and get feedback.

You will never recover from this. Take it from an experienced drop shippers who is running dozens of accounts. Once your account is flagged for drop shipping this flag doesn’t go away, even if you wait a year. Nothing is going to help you. Your account is flag which means your search results show last. It is like being bellow standard.
