What I need to get a new acc
 

Can anyone do a list of what I need to open stealth acc?
Like : new address, name, CC etc...

Depending on where your account will be domiciled:

Clean IP address
Physical address (no access needed)
John Doe's details
Contact number
Email address
VCC
Serperate user account or browser profile on your PC

You might or eventually need:
Bank Account / Debit card to withdraw your funds.
Docs (if things go south) or to lift limits
Something to safely prime your account (e.g, a notepad to list as auction)
