South African debit cards without embossed name
 

Hi. I've got 4 bank accounts with South African banks. The cards are regular debit cards without an embossed name on them.

Can I use these cards as automatic payment on ebay Stealth accounts and simply get new ones when the account gets suspended? Does ebay use AVS on foreign African bank cards? Is it better to get the vanilla visas and apply stealth information?

Is a Stealth PayPal account better than debit cards for automatic payments?

I've also got a business PayPal which was previously linked. I opened a new personal account that's never been linked before. Could I use the new personal account to receive payments only?
