New stealth acc can't use vpn？So confused..

Bought one account from here, and the warning says before making the first sale I shouldn't use vpn, otherwise my account will be screwed.
That's just so confusing to me.. anyone can explain a bit for me? I appreciate it really.
So what should I use to log in the account at beginning？.. Residential proxy or what …

Yes the residential proxy would work.
If you live in the US - as your flag implies_ you can just use your wireless data off your cellular device to get all your stealth activity done.

I'm confused, why the stealth guide is recommending to use the VPN? :help:

to CREATE an account, you use residential IP.

Then if you want to, you can change that a month later to fresh and dedicated IP PER ebay + PP account.

That's what the guide says
