eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - Which registration address I should put?

Can I put an address that I can confirm, but that it isn't my current living address? Will I be repeatedly suspended for that with request to send confirmation or only first time?

Normally not. But as I know if sign in IP location is different from registration address eBay will request you to send documents.

Maybe if the IP address is in another country. But if you are using a US address and a US IP address you will be fine. My IP is over 2,000 miles away and there was no address verification required. Just make sure it is a real address.

Yea, that's absolutely fine. You just won't be able to receive any returned products.
