Does tracking follow new iPhone that was set up from the cloud?
 

I purchased a new prepaid iPhone set up on trackfone. I set up the iPhone using the cloud to load the new phone with setup of the older phone. Will the new phone acquired any linking data from the older phone?
Secondly, is it safe to even use a cellphone to create the account and sell? I plan on only using the new phone for the new account.

What kind of data did you import? It depends.
If you imported the data of all of your apps, and settings, then it should be an easy link, regardless of having a totally new device. Why are you importing everything back tho? It defeats the purpose of having a brand new device solely for that new account.

How are you going to access eBay? The app? Or browser?

I’d like to use the app. Also, I think I need to reset my new iPhone to factory and not use the cloud to set it up, because my new iPhone mirrors my older phone. I think it may mirrors all the cookies and tracking data too. What do you think is my best option. I bought this phone exclusively for my new eBay and PayPal account.

Why not avoid the app and just the browser? Many posts about the app causing linking issues - I know your phone is fresh but still - the "mirror" aspect could come into play...
