Same EIN used for multiple business eBay

I am wondering if anyone has used the same EIN across multiple eBay business accounts? I spoke to a representative of eBay and he said this isn't in violation of any eBay rules. But I am hesitant as it sounds like a good way to link multiple eBay accounts especially under the new MP.


TLDR:
If I am adding the same EIN for multiple stealth accounts but the account will be under friends/family's SSN, do you have any experience or do you think my stealths can be linked that way?

That's a HARD link for all the accts you use it on.
I would advise against - especially given how simple it is to get an EIN.

It's a good way to link accounts as Slokor mentions.

If one gets suspended, any linked accounts will go down with it.

Best way would be just to stay under the $20,000 threshold per year as I do not see any way around the 1099 being sent to another person
