Hotspot of this mobile network doesn't change IP
 

Hello everyone,
I generally use the hotspot of the iphone as a connection for ebay, but this time I'm having a problem with the IP of this new mobile network I'm using. Generally when I turn on and off the airplane mode the IP changes, but with this network it doesn't.
Is there a way to change the settings so that the IP changes when the airplane mode is on? Or maybe certain mobile networks do not allow it?

I tried and unfortunately it's always the same IP.
Maybe some mobile networks don't let it change. I hope not.

That's weird. Mine changes with every page reload

Mine changes as well. restarting phone changes ip address. Same after turn on and off airplane mode.

Try another card of the same network and check if the problem persists.

Tried other phones and sim cards from other mobile networks, it's only that mobile network that gives 2 IPs a day. The other sim cards give you a different ip every time you turn on/off airplane mode. I wonder if I should be calling the customer service. But I don't think they could do anything, and what could I possibly tell them to justify this need of multiple IPs?
