Automatic payment method need help ASAP
 

After opening my personal Canadian ebay stealth account I attempted to add paypal automatic payment method for the seller account.

But when I it forwarded to Paypal it is only showing me two options to choose from.
Choose a way to pay
1.My bank savings account (Paypal)
2.Prepaid Mastercard VCC (Paypal)

or add a credit or visa debit card

I assumed that when you setup automatic payment method all you needed to do was login to Paypal and it would connect, from there you choose paypal as primary balance in the Paypal settings. I'm kind of lost on what to do, because the vcc I got was only for Paypal verification purposes.

I really need help regarding this because it is my final step in creating the stealth account and I don't want to screw up. Thanks in Advance!

You can add the VCC as way to pay from.

What you do is before you pay for anything, you can always choose a different way to pay - just avoid PP charging the card (so you should always be checking whenever you do a payment transaction...don't just click it all the way through without changing payment method)

So can I simply select the prepaid MasterCard vcc attached with my Paypal which I used to verify my Paypal? Or would I need to buy a separate vcc for ebay?

From my understanding, I would have to buy an ebay vcc, and then when I have to pay my fees I would just do one-time payment with paypal?

Add vcc to paypal and use payal on ebay for automatic payment method

Ive gotten this problem when creating accounts on e.g. ebay.co.uk and try to verify with a german phone number.
Using german on .de and uk im on co.uk fixes the payment issue with ebay.

Can I not use the vcc connected linked to my Paypal for automatic payments and then use my Paypal balance for one-time payment, is that even possible to use Paypal balance on ebay?

I still don't understand, I get some ppl saying you can use your Paypal balance other saying no, just confused. Can't find any clear answers on setting up the automatic payment and using your Paypal balance to pay fees?

I understand using the vcc linked to the Paypal for automatic payment, but when it's time to pay the fees where would eBay withdraw the money from since the vcc is blank. Would the money pull out the Paypal balance?

Yes correct from PayPal balance
