How to edit a listing?
 

I've listed items with free international shipping by accident.

Managed to correct them all apart from one which gives me the error:

International postage - Postage Service cannot be revised if the item has bid or active Best Offers or is ending in 12 hours.

I cancelled all active bids and it has 6 days left. But the option to edit this shipping method is greyed out.

Spoke to ebay live chat who were absolutely useless as they always are, they said to cancel the listing and relist but, I listed it during a special offer with just £1 fvf.

Does anyone know any loop hole to get this edited? Driving me insane.

I don't think you have any options other than what you were told... A crappy situation and very poorly engineered by ebay but it is what it is...

If it has bids or ending in 12 hours, you can't change it.

But I believe you can either retract these people's bid then close the listing.

Ebay will still charge a FVF fee if there are bids (bid)/if she cancel before the auction ends.
She can wait till auction ends and if an intl buyer win ,thencancel the order using excuse that buyer and seller agree to cancel the transaction or buyer ask to cancel
