Ebay blocking vpn?
 

I used proxy to chat with Customer Service on ebay. But when I change the location, I have limited access. :attention:Can you give me some solutions?

What proxy provider did you use?
Only use residential IP address proxies.

I used HMA. I tried using Tor Browser and Nord VPN, but I can't access more than 5 chat sessions. Is using residential IP address proxies okay? eBay had just started blocking VPN yesterday :hail:

ebay and paypal has been putting VPN on blocking lists for a while

Those providers are known to be a problem. MOST providers aren't good for stealth.

try the residential IP from IPburger instead.

Well this statement is right and wrong at the same time.

You have to be much more detailed with the differences of providers, VPN, fresh/dedicated and residential.

It all depends on the provider and type of VPN.

No, do not ever ever use any VPN. :nono:
eBay doesn't like any datacenter IPs, i've tried a lot before, they're all the same.
Just buy a Static Residential IP Address for $10.00 per month. Much better results compared to using the VPN IPs.

By the way, just a small correction. eBay is not blocking the use of VPN to their site. They are just flagging all the account that use VPN most especially when used for creating the accounts. So do not ever use any VPN at all cost. You will just be wasting your time and money. Get settled with a mobile data or residential IP Address.

I'm agree with AOM. I think eb doesn't block Vpn "per se" because there are thousand of people around the world using vpn to access its site. At the other hand, It could be a bad idea the use of vpn for account creation purposes.

As I mentioned above, try Residential IP from IPburger for account creation.

But don't discount VPN because not all providers are the same, most are not suitable for stealth.

You really get what you pay for. Go cheap and cut corners and you'll see what happens.

Is it ok to get the 1 fresh dedicated IP address from ipburger? Does that cause problems?

If you're creating an account, go with IPburger residential IP .

If you want to switch to their fresh and dedicated VPN do so after the first month and when you're done creating accounts.
