Alternative to Replymanager

Hi,

I was using Replymanager and they have recently switched to eDesk and I have not been receiving some of the eBay system messages which is leading to horrible reviews for my accounts.

Has anyone also been coming across this issue?

Does anyone have any alternative for managing the system messages and customer messages? I have multiple stealths so logging in and out of each one everyday is not an option.

both eBay and replymanager have changed their system where it can only sometimes handle return requests which is giving me a lot of problems.

can you suggest another alternative software that can handle return reqeusts?
