Question regarding LLC & Sales tax

Hi All.
I have formed an LLC and in the process of acquiring a reseller license. I am in the process of applying for the tax exemption for my online retail business. So,do I require to remit the taxes as per individual state or will there be any software to help me in this. Kindly advice. Thank you.
