Ok so I had a stealth account that got suspended for no reason, whatever its paypal is verified with a prepaid card under my name ( the account was working fine for 1 year ) I made a new stealth ebay & paypal so my question is if I Unlink the card from the 1st paypal which was linked to the suspended ebay account and then relink the card to the 2nd Stealth paypal (which is the new one) would that work out?

No, don't do that. This quesestion has been asked tens of time and the answer remains the same.
Get a new card and keep both accounts dissociated from eachother.

LOL if your paypal is still good, just link it to your new eBay account. Have done it bunch of times. I have one paypal on its third eBay acct. easy peasy.

Hi just link a vcc card to your new Ebay pay the tax with one time payment of any gift card.
And you can use the old PayPal to the new ebay just not link them only when you do the advertise put the email on the PayPal to resive the $$$$ and you are safe 100000% you can do that with one PayPal on unlimited ebay accounts.

yes it is no problem. Paypal does not give your card information to other partys. ebay does not even know if you pay with card or from an account. however a card is very cheap. not even worth the efford to log in and unlinking it in my optinion
