Need guidance about tax problem.
 

recently i have setup the eBay account with my cousin who is living in USA.
Now he say's won't able to do this business because he's getting funds from the Govt for the Studies.

I really dont want to quit the business any suggestion what can i do ? to avoid this problem he is going to face.

I am withdrawing all PayPal money to his Bank account.
PayPal has no SSN added nor eBay.

Should i attach Payoneer bank for withdrawing money or what can i do?
need suggestions.

is his SSN still in the Paypal account?
if you reach 200 transactions AND $20K,HE WOULD get a 1099K and report the income to IRS

Well, maybe ask him to make a separate bank account just for you?

ANother option is to make some new accounts as well right now.
