Verifying Documents
 

Hello, after I made my PayPal and verified it, they asked for documents that include business name and address and EIN. Is it ok to leave it as is, or will it be a red flag to not verify these documents? Only reason I ask is because my LLC address is different from the one I used on PayPal and I've been waiting for a long time for my new documents to come in, so I can't verify it yet.

You need to verify now before sending and receiving funds from my understanding so no way around that until you get updated doc's to submit or update then yourself. ;)

as long as your not limited i would wait it out till they really start asking for it.

any more opinions on this? i have 2 people saying opposite things. i dont have my EIN confirmation which sucks, so i'm not sure what my options are right now.

Over a month, and you still don't have you LLC documents? You got bigger issues than just a PP account.

As for LLC and dif address - Are you not able to have 2 separate addresses? 1 belonging to you, the registered user...plus another belonging to the company?

I am in the UK...and our documents get emailed to us as soon as the company is incorporated.... I would chase yours up ;/

My issue is that I dont have the actual document, i know my EIN. I didnt know that you only have one chance to save the document, which is what paypal is asking me for. For the addresses, I was moreso just trying to play it safe since the original address I had on the LLC was used on my first paypal account.
