Help please. eBay account restriction.
 

Hello guys. Can someone explain what does eBay mean by sending this Restriction message And pulling down my item.



We regularly review accounts to keep eBay a safe and fair marketplace for our members. As part of our security checks, we sometimes require a seller to contact us so that we can verify their information.

While we're waiting on your response, we've temporarily placed a selling hold on your account. This hold will prevent you from listing new items. Also, if you had any active listings, we've removed them, and placed them in your Unsold folder. We credited any associated fees to your account.

Once we verify your account information, you'll be able to start selling again right away. You'll also be able to relist items from your Unsold folder by clicking Relist to the right of the listing.

Pretty self explanatory.
Means you need to contact them and have a chat with them before they'll let you continue selling...
I don't know how it is in the UK but in the US those are usually simple chats to have with to get the acct reactivated.

Is it a new account with first listing?

Got to be a new account, requesting docs such as ID, Proof of residence and supplier invoices.

If you don't provide it, the account is toast and if you do provide them and not perfect the account is toast.

Nothing will happen, Chat with them and they will ask you what will you sell and how you will source it.
