Promoted Listings not avaiable
 
Just got m new stealth account and had my products listed for 2 weeks now but no sales. I need the promoted listings to work. From what i hear i have to make some sales first. How can i make sales if i cannot promote it though. Is there anything i can do to get promoted listings to show up?

Open a second account and purchase one yourself.

Would i just need to purchase 1 before i get access to promoted listings? What are the requirments to get access to this??
