eBay suspension
 

Hello, just wanted to ask if it's possible that my address or wifi is blacklisted? As I bought a new computer and my friend fulfilled all the info with his address, name etc. everything was new, same with paypal. But I used it in my house, with my wifi. I had used eBay accounts with my address and wifi, therefore got suspended and cannot create anymore accounts with the info. So my question is, can it be that my address or wifi is blacklisted and when I use eBay with my wifi or in my house it gets suspended?

Address and IP can cause issues if used on eBay before

If your using your own WiFi you have to make sure the IP changes from when you used your own previsouly banned account

Both can be blacklisted as zamzam indicated OP - time to embrace stealth concepts and apply them
