eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums

I am trying to chat with ebay to remove my suspension..
I have gone to this below link. But its asking me to sign in, where as suspended account can't be signed in. Can any give me direct link to chat with ebay without signed in. both for UK ebay and USA ebay.

@nazeefo, just fyi please put a *Warning ebay link* message before you place links to that website - same thing for any online sales platform
