Account temporary locked
 

Hi,

I just get back on selling after a year inactive. After list an item they send me this message:

"Your account may have been accessed by a third party. In an effort to protect your account, we have put a temporary lock on bidding, selling and the ability to send messages to other eBay members until we can safely restore your account to you. Please click here to speak with an Account Security Representative".

Does anyone here have experience with this issue can help?

Don't buy cracked account.that's the solution only

That's my selling account. The thing is I stop to sell for a year then now I get back. I changed some information on the account and list an item, then it has been locked.

That's the reason. You should contact eBay support for more help. They will confirm some information then you can use your account again

At this point you need to talk to them.
I hope you didn't change names or something like that at least.

You still used the same computer and all that?
