| | | maksimiron13 | 10-26-2020 04:15 PM | question about selling expensive products How many products I have to sell before start selling 100-200$ products? |
| ebaywanton | 10-26-2020 04:19 PM | Re: question about selling expensive products I would do around 30 items (low risk then maybe mid risk). Then get at least 10 feedbacks. Bear in mind that the account would have to be a few months old. |
Re: question about selling expensive products ebaywanton's approach is right OP - you need to build a nice slow history |

So the longer you can maintain selling low risk items and getting a lot of good feedbacks, 10, 25, 50 or so the better. |

| Elliot | 10-28-2020 11:47 AM | Re: question about selling expensive products And just don't rush- I'm sure they have AI that can tell if you're pushing it, selling for feedback, or selling like a "real" seller.
I recently sold the stuff from my sister in law's store she closed, and somehow that account grew in limits faster than all my "strategic" listings and amounts I have been using. If you're really anxious to sell a lot and fast, spread some of that extra enthusiasm across a few other accounts. |

Hmmm... try 5-10$ the first week. Get feedback, increase to $20, get feedback and keep doing this. |

If you're in a rush, selling expensive stuff fast on a fresh Eby account is not going to be the solution.
And to be fair, being in a situation like yours was actually the reason that brought me to this site years ago... so learn the Stealth Guide and use the forum and that kind of pressure will be a thing of the past. |

you have a store and trying to liquidate merchandise?
see,if you sell low price items and all of a sudden selling high price, there would be a hold on your money since you are selling outside your price range.
so gradually raise the price of item you sell, selling $5-$10 and then sell $100-1000 WOULD make PaYPAL and Ebay withhold the payment until days after delivery.
try selling moderately expensive item,no high risk like brand new designer watch, iphone, gold buillion, look around the house and see if you have something nice but used, take your own photos and describe it yourself |
