hey guys..noob here! need an opinion!
 

hey guys! i need an opinion on something!! any help would be great!

ive had a paypal account and ebay account limited/suspended before. woopdido.

so i made another one:cheer: different name bank address phone ip everything. piece of cake. ive been selling for about 3 months with no problems.

then all of a sudden i get an email saying my account has been linked to my previous ebay account and until i pay the seller fees for the old account, this one will be restricted.

now i only got a notice for the ebay account. nothing with the paypal, but i do have a feeling that will probably be coming soon.

so here is where i need the opinion:

1. either i open a new account and do everything all over again which i know how to do- but i need to get any and all advice on getting linked again

OR

2. my boyfriend has had an ebay & pp account since 2003. he was recently laid off, so ive been helping him sell a few things. he is kind of slow in picking up on how to sell on ebay (dont ask, some of the questions he asks me im like DUH its common sense) so i also can pretty much take over his account and work from there.. BUT i will have to split the profits with him but im almost positive there is no way i can get linked through his account because EVERYTHING is under his name (bank,cc-everything)

any advice would be GREATLY appreciated!!!!

Your doing something wrong if your getting linked, and if your b/f logs on to the ebay with the same ip address as your accounts, kiss his account goodbye

He wouldnt let you use his account to sell your things without splitting the profits?

Wow that would be great if you could use his account.... But before you do anything , you need to relaize HOW you get linked, so it doesnt happen again. You would hate to have an 03 account linked to a stealth bc of a simple mistake.

I have had umpteen ebay/paypal accounts over the years an run 10+ at the same time, and I have never had an account linked to another, I think the key is to use seperate user accounts on windows. Make sure to change the ip and be very careful about loggin in and out , not to make a mistake and enter the wrong info etc. You must be very organized to pull it off without getting busted.

Being organized actually counts big toward keeping things functioning. Even when only managing a couple of accounts.

I'd like to point out that listing the exact same items the exact same way at the exact price - guaranteed doom.

Mix things up a bit. Make new photos. Reword the description, change font, and general verbal style.

but as to how i got linked.. i really dont know how. i got a new name and address, new bank account, new IP, cleared my cookies, cleared my flash cookies.

the only other way im thinking i got linked is because i bought a few items and had them shipped to my home address which was on my suspended ebay account. would this cause me to get linked?

oh and another thing.. i go on ebay mobile all the time from my blackberry. i know my phone has an mobile ip address also, could this have linked me?

my paypal account didnt get linked, but im just sure it will come sooner or later!

oh and also! if im using his account to sell, could i make another ebay account to use as a seller account so he can still use his personal account to buy things or do whatever he wants?

and if he does log into his account from his house, and i continuously log into it from my home IP address (new ofcourse if i decide to do it this way), will there be any issues?

i dont see how there could be, being that ALL of the information used on both ebay and paypal all match up to his name. and i have never logged onto my suspended accounts at his house ever.
