Using eBay account that has banned PayPal account attached

I have a very old eBay account that has its attached Paypal banned due to AUP violation. The Paypal is banned however the eBay account is still good.

Is it possible to use that eBay account with another Paypal or will this also link it and risk getting ban?

You can use new Paypal account without any problem if that Paypal account's never ever used with other eBay account.

Got it! That paypal is old as **** I am don't even remember if I ever used it on any ebay account. I found that there is a automatic payment of 1 usd to eBay (under the Paypal automatic payment page) does that mean it has been used on eBay before?
