Default Are you getting PayPal cases while on managed payments?

Are you guys still getting cases opened outside of eBay even though you enrolled in managed payments? (i.e: PayPal or Credit Card cases where the buyer claims they didn't receive the item)

Such a case would not result in PayPal contacting you at all, but eBay will do so saying the buyer filed a dispute directly with their payment processor and you need to act

I've had two disputes but I have no way of knowing if they came from Paypal or not.

One appeared as a chargeback.
The other was a return request at first, which was closed and then a chargeback started. (scammer)

I hypothesize that if a buyer starts a Paypal dispute and the seller is using MP, it just shows up in their eBay account as a "payment dispute/chargeback" which needs to be addressed. I have no way of knowing though.

And what happend next? You just had to issue a refund or were there an additional 20$ fee or something like that?

I've already had 3 charge backs in 2 months of starting this. I usually get one charge back a year. all three were international shipments complaining they didn't get it. I lost one, and I won one, and I refunded the other. Eventually the first one got delivered and ebay gave me my money back.

How long did it take for the case to get closed after you accepted it and agreed to issuing a refund?
