Hello guys, I will tell you about my case.

I have my personal eBay account where I sold some car parts, VERO took down 2 of my listings because they had one of the car brands logo on it, later I got an email from this company saying they bought one of this parts and it was a counterfeit and they will sue me if I keep selling this items. I have a lot of remaining inventory of these items to sell, about $20 the piece. Is an stealth account my way to go if I want to sell my remaining inventory? I dont want to get sued or linked to me in any way.

How many do you manage to sell before getting slapped?

Are others selling similar items with the same logo without having their listings pulled or is this particular company going after everybody?

If they are aggressively VEROing everybody, it may not be worth the trouble.

I was able to sell about $250 in two months, I don’t mind having multiple accounts to sell all the inventory, my question is if I’m totally safe about identity if they VERO my listings again

Nissan/Infiniti, Dodge F.C.A & Hyundai-Kia are the worse for VERO take downs, do not use any logos from these brands, your account will be toast.

TOTALLY SAFE? ... No, eBay is constantly changing their tactics to link accounts.
