offer help

Please help. Does anyone know how to send an offer that is higher than the buy it now price? Thanks in advance feel free to PM me. We used to be able to do it but not anymore it seems.

Did they take this ability away? I suspect thats a good thing. Everytime a new account listed an item, it would have a ton of offers above the BiN price, which were all scams

Glad ebay finally caught on and ended it
