Ebay integrated shipping carriers
 

Buyer filed not received case against me even when tracking number which was provided shows successful delivery to his address, Ebay close case with a refund to buyer. After I appeal with same tracking number and explanations that it is delivered, Ebay denied my appeal with reference to that my carrier isn't integrated with Ebay. They also gave me the list of carriers which integrated with Ebay and I can't find there some popular carriers as Royal Mail, Italy Post and others. Is it mean that any item sold on .com site and delivered with ,for example, Royal Mail will lost seller protection? If my tracking number shows detailed tracking in Ebay panel is it means that carrier of the tracking number is integrated with Ebay?

It has to be delivered (if $750 or more,signed for) to his shipping address .
Did he pay with Paypal,do you still have the email ,it should show his shipping address and a note saying if you are protected for seller protection.
if you did not ship to that address,you are not protected,if the item does not qualify for protection,you are not protected.
if Ebay bot does not have the website address of your carrier,or cant find where to verify the tracking number,you do not get seller protection .
what is the name of the carrier.

It has to be a commercial carrier which provide online viewable tracking .
Some sellers could be using private trucking company which has website and tracking but Ebay does not have its website address,
When you upload tracking,there is a place which let you indicate the carrier used,and a place to enter its website address.
