Needs some advice, please

So here I am selling on ebay, two names and one stealth name.

Vero not only shut me down on one but I've since received a letter from the rights owner stating that I need to pay XXX amount for selling **ke items. FINE.

Now, here's the question. I have a shipment coming of 150 items, not the ones I got in trouble for, but a related type item, different rights owner. I've had one of their items hit with a copyright already though.

Now that I'm feeling gun shy and worried about getting these types of letters from other companies I want to cancel my auctions that are selling these 150 items. Will that draw attention to me? Should I just let the auctions run and sell the items. I have only 12 items selling on each name, but I never list a lot at once anyway and that didn't get me far, did it?

So my other question is that should I sell these items on my stealth account just to get rid of them? The stealth account is not in my name, address or used with a shared ip, paypal, etc. Although the bank account tied to paypal is my own, new online savings account.

Thank you all for your help. I've always been a reader at the forum but never posted before. Any advice is appreciated. thanks again!

What would you do with the goods if you don't list them? Be stuck?

If your current listings are on a stealth account, let them ride and move as many as you can. I would let the inventory run out and not restock until things calm down.

I'd keep the PP account as empty as possible, then when all the transactions are complete, close the bank account and let ebay and pp accts rest. Later, get a new bank and get back to business.

Don't do any risky stuff on any accounts that have real info.

Do you think I should cancel the current listings with bids on my "real" account?

Thanks for the advice.

I believe the answer is YES.

So do I. At least get them down before the weekend is over.

yea they are canceled now.

heres a good question. i have had 6 other auctions closed down by a different vero for one item. should i expect another letter?!

also.
i'm planning on selling the remaining stock on my stealth account but of course it has a 500 limit per month on withdraws. how can i get around that.

UM, don't sell such items?
er, remove the limits with by adding a CC
In terms of 'having' an ebay account, the 'stealth' one is still useful: though if the items are risky, the account will go the same way as your other account(s)
