using my real address for the stealth accout
 

hope it's the right place for this question.
my account which got suspended ( :rip: ) had my real address on it. and my brother who also sell on eB has an account with the same address as well. and ebay didn't suspend his account. so I was wondering if it will be possible for me to open a new stealth accout using my real address. without getting it suspended. and also without endangering my brother's account. since my bro didn't got suspended I guess that ebay understands that it's possible for diffrent sellers to live in the some house. but do you think ebay will let my use this adress again? and do you think it can get my bro in trouble? just wanted to ask that before opening my stealth account.

So you're going to create a stealth account but you want to use your real address?

Just a shot in the dark here, you haven't read the stealth guide nor spent any time at all reviewing the forum have you?

Bad idea.
New accts are always under more scrutiny and the address is already associated with one banned acct.
Don't take any chances.
If you want to be even safer id advise your brother to change the address on his acct as well. Get a PO box and associate the acct with that.

the answer is a big NO.

Your brother is lucky he isn't suspended yet.

I highly recommend you start with the stealth guide, you and your brother.
This will make sure you can get back on eBay and your brother's account might be saved.

I did my research! I understand that it's generaly a bad idea to use your real address or any of your real details. but it's still weird to me how my bro didn't got suspended. that's why I had this idea to begin with. if I use diffrent details and the same address ebay could maybe think that I'm a diffrent person living in the same address. I agree that it's very risky. and thats why I decided to ask here.
