Am I safe to use stealth account when

timezone
language
GPS

features are kept turned off as it is by default in my ipburger chrome extension?

Also, 1) Is it mendatory to install uBlock Origin chrime extension to block WebRTC 2) Is it mendatory to Disable IPV6 in windiws 7 ?

I followed and read all knowledge base of ipburger. Read and understood eBay stealth guide and bought stealth combo from Aspkin approved seller.
