I’m USA bought U.K. where ship from ?

I am in USA setting up a U.K. PayPal account using ipburger. Where should I list as location for my items because I will be shipping using first class from USA. Not tracked. Shouod I lost item location as U.K. or USA. I won’t be using tracking anyway. Thanks I may use tracking for the first several times tho.what about that case? Should I list on eBay U.K. or eBay USA also?

Sorry I mean to say eBay. Where should I lost the USA products coming from. It’s a U.K. PayPal and eBay account but the items will be shipped first class no tracking So same as PayPal. Just lost the items on eBay as USA to USA ?
