I live in Moldova 🇲🇩 and i use mobile hotspot from my countries phone providers, so my IP location is Moldova, but i wanna sell items from US suppliers to US customers.So the Item location is not in Moldova so it could be the problem i guess, the ZIP code in registration process is also from Moldova,so what should i do?

a lot of world dropshippers work like that. If your account is not absolutely new - then you can start work. do not forget to work smart to not get flagged or banned for dropshipping.

The problem is that i created new accs all steps followed and aged them like 1 month and after first listing i got suspended and i thought my location and IP location may be the reason

You can have a Moldova account which runs on a Moldova IP address that sells nothing but US products to US buyers. You'd just need to set your item location truthfully when you make listings.

so if item location is in US i should write in Item Location US,correct?

I bought a couple of items on january and seller stated in his listing this info: "it will be shipped from USA warehouse". He was based in China . So i assume you can sell items on EB USA and state your items will be shipping from an USA warehouse.

Ebay seeing an international ip address running a usa account, i would assume is bad news. Because, their first inclination is, you're drop shipping.

If you're runnng a USA account, you'll need a good IP which you can get from ipburger

The problem is not in IP but launching an account . I mean if the problem is just in IP than its another question.But i wanted to know more details about my IP location and item location,because as Moscutter told its bad that i am not in US to sell US items,but other guys say that its alright so its hard for me to decide the right path

An item may be in another country and ship to USA.

You should set item location to US address. Should be no problem to do

I recommend using a virtual private windows server in the USA, the monthly cost is not great and gives you the USA IP you desire.

If you have a friend in the USA you can always set up a PC on the internet at their location and use remote desktop services from your country
