You didn't specify how quickly you were selling but your OP makes it seem like you launched several listings at once and let sales start flowing in at an unlimited pace. That makes you seem like a scammer who's possibly trying to take the money and run, from eBay's point of view.
It's very important for your accounts to show organic-looking growth during the first few months. A normal business that's just getting started will not usually be capable of fulfilling 100 orders on their first week in business. Quote:
