MC113 Account suspended
 

Hello, I have been selling on ebay for 2/3 yrs, not a lot, max probably couple hundred pounds a day, I've been banned in the past on many accounts but always have managed to simple change a couple details, name, email, PayPal etc, but now I have recieved this following email on an account.

We have reviewed the activity we have seen connected to your account. As a result, your account has been suspended because we believe this activity presents a risk to our eBay community. We do not make this decision lightly. Building a trusted marketplace where people around the world can buy and sell safely is our first priority.

This suspension is permanent and means that you will not be able to participate in any buying or selling activities on eBay. In addition, any other accounts that you own, or that are associated with this account, will also be suspended.

Clearly ebay will now monitor my details and ip etc. I'd like to know, if I purchase an eBay stealth account along with a stealth paypal, would I need new devices, new bank account etc. Thank you

They have always tracked it they just don't always seem to act on the links

They are stricter now though

Sounds like you sell questionable items ... Why are they referring to safety and trust

Not necessarily, i have a relative who sells 100% authentic couponed items, and got this on a stealth account he sold 1 item on, sometimes it's just random if they like the stealth details, nothing can be done. I do notice it happens more on 250/25k and 500/25k limit accounts than the higher 1k/25k those seem solid for the most part. I just was going through my list of accounts and found one from late September that was suspended on November 18th, and it had not been logged into.. in 2 months, all the other accounts created around it, and time, are fine. Only thing was it was a 250/25k if i went through my list of dead accounts while aging, the 250/500 far exceed my 1k/25k accounts.
