Some people win my bids and refuse to pay for items, how can i avoid this kind of people?

Stop doing auctions. BIN with immediate payment required = problem solved.

Adding them to your block list and reporting them for non payment.
Unfortunately you can't avoid them all.

As above but I always add 'best offer' to tempt interest.

I've never had a non-payer but if you accept a best offer the requirement for immediate payment is lost.

For some selling cases 7 days auction is still best option. If the winner didn't pay after 24 hours of auction ends you can contact him and ask to pay in next 24 hours and tell that otherwise you will use to offer this item to other buyers. If there no response/payment you can send 2nd chance offer to those who were close to winning bid and of course report buyer who didn't pay later.

1. Cancel bid for low feedback buyers by selecting the option "unable verify buyer's identity"
2.Add that bidder in block list

And wait for high feedback bidders to bid and win the item.

If you're getting high feedback non paying bidders than report this matter to ebay, they can check account link ups for possible compitotor manipulation and restrict those bidders buying previlages.

If doing auctions do the same auctions as buy it now with immediate payment. If buyers don’t pay after 48hrs you can report them.

I had an incident with a buyer who wanted me to send an item without paying for it first left me negative feedback reported him/her feedback removed blocked from bidding on any of my items.

Not all buyers will pay straight away can be a few days later but most of them should be paying for the items they won.
