What is best US number provider for ebay

I'm creating a suspend accounts recently, after 1 hour of creating a seller account got suspended however ever I think my problem is in the number because the websites that I use they resell numbers. how I know that? Ebay agent told too many times so since I'm not us resident I can't buy real number I hope you can help find one

Yeah that's the point where I can find a real sim card and is that kind of cheap numbers the mean reason of suspend after one of creation the account
