ebay gift cards error

every gift card that im trying to redeem in any of my accounts are getting deactivated .
card shows that has balance once im trying to redeem it and to buy from a store ive getting an error "we ran into a problem" than when im checking the gc balance it shows 0

2. they are authentic it just started to happend to me in the last days

Same issue here. I think eBay is cracking down on payment fraud and we've been caught in it even though we did nothing wrong.

Did you use it on a new or an established account?

If it's not working on established accounts then I doubt the authenticity of GC
