eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - how many items to sell to bypass MP

Title says it all.
Is there a $ amount or item amount you can sell without being invited to MP.
I know eventually itll catch up but for now is what i want to know

I would say 1k a month or less... but still never know, i would list items that are blocked for mp. like adult stuff and gift cards and see if that helps. Ive done so on a top rated account and never got an invite with 100% feedback and 3500 sold last month

Does it really matter whether it's personal account or business account ?

I was under impression that only amount of sales a month and top rate seller is the thing which only matter ?

Could anyone share their views please ?
