Only caution for logging into ebay and paypal with old IP?
Hi,
I understand that we need to be careful not to log into our new stealth accounts with an old/used for ebay IP address. Here are my questions:
1: Does ebay/paypal track IP if one does not log in?
(For instance, I use a Chromebook, and log into an computer user account (linked to an old ebay account, but I have cleared cookies and now use for school), and accidentally go on ebay.com/paypal.com with my new ip WITHOUT logging into ebay/paypal, is that okay?)
2: Is it okay to use my new IP for anything but ebay.com/paypal.com? (Such as creating my new emails for stealth on gmail.com?)
Sorry if my questions seem unclear/confusing, I am not too good with wording.
