Can't get ebay local pick up to work
 

I have a large item listed (not super expensive $200) and I have local pick up selected and paypal or 'pay on pickup' selected. I have someone who contacted me and has been very nice about trying to buy it and use local pick up but it just will not go through. He's sent me screen shots, etc. I canceled the listing, set up a reserved to make sure it was set up correctly, still no go. I just ended the reserved listing.
What can happen if you sell something off ebay? Should I reach out to ebay to let them know it's not working or just not say anything?

A one-off is not likely to cause issues as long as the buyer doesn't report you to ebay and you feel comfortable that he won't.
