Is name/DOB enough for eBay to ban/suspend a account, for instance everything else is new just the name and DOB is the same?

Surely there is others out there with the same name DOB

Name and date of birth is fine.

Address, IP, phone number, bank and different computer/desktop is what you need to change.

Ideally that is what I thought but at the same time same name and DOB I think will raise some concern who knows
