2 eBay's on MP with real info but not linked?

Is it possible anyhow?, 2 eBay's on M.anaged P.ayments with my real info but not linked so if one is limited not the other account?

My plan is to have different street addresses and n 2 banks/ eBays:

One bank/ eBay registered with zip code 99999 and house numbers Sesamo Street 123

The other bank/ eBay registered with same zip code 99999 but as Cartoon Street 123

how do you know they are not linked? if one account is banned it does not mean they ban the other acc

Will eBay/ ADYEN request ID?, in which way if the bank matches my name?
