Multiple quantity items (variations) on new stealth account
 

I have a new stealth account, and I want to get back into slowly listing my items (I'm a business that stocks smartphone accessories in Australia), is it okay to be listing multiple quantity items?

I saw some posts saying to use single quantity listings, but I do want to eventually build up listings with lots of sales to get to the top of eBay search once again.

Also, are variations okay? I just don't want to trigger any eBay flags during these first few weeks. Thanks!

For first listings, i'd recommend 1 at a time

Thanks for the response. By this, do you mean I can sell a single phone case? How long do I wait until I can list as usual (like 20+ quantity).

Not very used to doing stealth, been doing it legit for 4 years and we’ve built up a lot of stock due to the demand until we messed up and did something a bit dodgy (feedback bribes).

I normally load it right up and nothing bad happens. You more than likely won’t get kicked unless ur linked

What kind of things do you sell? I think our products are pretty low risk ($10-$20), but we’re one of those mass produced cheap stuff you see when you go looking for a phone case on ebay.

Getting our legit store suspended and right before Christmas sucks, and in addition to the huge amounts of stock we have in our warehouses, we do want to get back on eBay.

If they’re low risk you are good to go. I have plenty of successful eBay accounts still up and I listed right away. I’ve learned over the years through trial and error.

Thank you for the reassurance. So you think it would be alright to list a brand new phone case, with maybe 5 in stock.

Then sell them, get the feedback, and slowly build up our entire catalog of items?

That’s what I’d do. I’m sure other ppl on here would disagree but it works for me. Do u really think eBay expects u to sell one phone case a week?

Exactly what i thought, wouldn’t it be more suspicious that you tried to ‘warm up’ your account. What legit business would do that?
