Now the only way to go is try to create accounts in my own name.

I could arrange new bank account, new credit card, new telephone number, new computer and possible new ip,
the only problem is just I couldn't have new identity...

many sell on Ebay full time,but you have to develop a niche .
not paying Ebay fees and paypal account in negative territory,the accounts are gone,so you need to open new accounts or use family member account.
but now your PC and IP address are known to EBAY.
You can change your IP address,but what about your physical address?.

It's a great supplementary income to any other line of work you have and everyone should dabble in it. You would be silly not too.

If you sell in a niche then it can easily become full time / primary source of income.

My father was dead for 3 years ago, meanwhile my mother was dead in 2005, and I am single...so literally I don't have any family member who can help me..
About the physical adress woule be a little complicated to change, that means I have to move or find an adress to write me on that adress.

Though I have a friend who is almost 60 years old, I have been thinking to beseech her to help me to create an ebay and paypal account so I can borrow..but I am not totally sure she can help me...

Ebay wants to me send in proof of identity for review. Maybe they don't recognize me?
What if I persuade my friend and send them her docs, if successful then my PC and IP are safe.

you can try that,also approach your 60 years old friend,a dealer once told me ,she used to have an antique shop in London,and bidded on Christie small auctions for dealers,she said BRIT may not be rich,but their deceased family members passed down things which are worth good money,may be you can partner with her and sell some of her heirlooms,I see UK sellers selling on Ebay USA,period jewelry,FOB,
Also I learned that some of the hard to find Asian antiques are found in Europe,not Japan or China!

Got banned several years ago now but i'm back on ebay selling better than ever on accounts that started off as stealth but now have all my real info on there. At one point I even had a ebay specialist email me asking whether I was interested in working with him 1 to 1 to grow my business even more. No joke !

It's all under their discretion.

Try again but follow stealth exactly down to the last letter ... after about 6 months, you can get lazy. And when you are forced on to managed payments, just give your real details.

Strongly agree with this. Their tool on christmass/new year is up and running like Husain Bolt. Now, detection is up, and they do not allow not only good stealth, but not even real..
